The Number of SOLD listings increased by 9% to 11,039 properties, with a top sale of $17,950,000 million at 1527 Waverley Street.
The Average Sales Price increased by 9% to $1,953,359 million, while the Average Price Per Square Foot rose to $1,080.
As measured by months of supply, the inventory of properties available for sale remained unchanged at 1.10 months’ worth of properties.
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate increased to 7.04%, according to Bank Rate.com.
