The Average Sales Price decreased by 1% to $1,844,276 million, while the Average Price Per Square Foot rose to $1,036.
As measured in monthly supply, the inventory of properties available for sale decreased by 140% to 2.40 monthly worth of properties for sale
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate decreased to 7.03%, according to Bank Rate.com.
