The Number of SOLD listings increased by 42% to 198 properties, with a top sale of $20,000,000 million at 323 Walsh Road.
The Average Sales Price increased by 13% to $2,096,611 million, moving the Average Price Per Square Foot rose to $1,057 per square foot.
As measured in monthly supply, the inventory of properties available for sale decreased by 142% to 2.90 monthly worth of properties for sale
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate decreased to 7.03%, according to Bank Rate.com.
