The Number of SOLD listings decreased by 25% to 209 properties, with a top sale of $18,100,000 million at 540 El Camino Del Mar Street.
The Average Sales Price increased by 10% to $1,701,586 million, moving the Average Price Per Square Foot down to $968 per square foot.
As measured in monthly supply, the inventory of properties available for sale decreased by 70% to 3.40 monthly worth of properties for sale
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate decreased to 7.04%, according to Bank Rate.com.
