The Number of SOLD listings increased by 7% to 393 properties, with a top sale of $20,750,000 million at 30 Trail Lane
The Average Sales Price increased by 10% to $2,246,549 million, moving the Average Price Per Square Foot up to $1,058 per square foot.
As measured in months supply, the inventory of properties available for sale remained to 1.80 months’ worth of properties for sale.
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate increased to 7.32%, according to Bank Rate.com.
