The Number of SOLD listings increased by 16% to 5793 properties, with a top sale of $ 17,950,000 million at 1527 Waverley Street, Palo Alto.
The Average Sales Price increased by 10% to $1,936,416 million, moving the Average Price Per Square Foot raised to $1,090 per square foot.
As measured in months’ supply, the inventory of properties available for sale increased to 1.60 months’ worth of properties for sale
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate increased to 7.02%, according to Bank Rate.com.
