The Number of SOLD listings increased by 4% to 506 properties, with a top sale of $ 5,350,000 million at 1253 Settle Avenue.
The Average Sales Price increased by 5% to $1,537,838 million, moving the Average Price Per Square Foot increased up to $ 933 per square foot.
As measured in monthly supply, the inventory of properties available for sale decreased by 6% to 1.50 monthly worth of properties for sale
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate increased to 6.88%, according to Bank Rate.com.
