The Number of SOLD listings increased by 1% to 2,771 properties, with a top sale of $6,425,000 million at 4903 Eastbourne Court.
The Average Sales Price decreased by 1% to $1,564,707, while the Average Price Per Square Foot fell to $926.
As measured in monthly supply, the inventory of properties available for sale showed no significant change, remaining at 2.10 months’ worth of inventory.
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate decreased to 6.57%, according to Bank Rate.com.
