The Number of SOLD listings decreased by 5% to 375 properties, with a top sale of $40,000,000 million at 233 Park Lane, Atherton
The Average Sales Price Increased by 4% to $2,193,170 million, and the Average Price Per Square Foot remained the same to $1,066 per square foot.
As measured in months supply, the inventory of properties available for sale increased by 5% to 2.10 months’ worth of properties for sale.
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate increased to 8.01%, according to Bank Rate.com.
