The Number of SOLD listings decreased by 9% to 971 properties, with a top sale of $13,800,000.00 million at 51 Crescent Drive.
The Average Sales Price decreased by 2% to $1,948,737 million, moving the Average Price Per Square Foot decreased down to $1,061 per square foot.
As measured in monthly supply, the inventory of properties available for sale decreased by 20% to 1.20 monthly worth of properties for sale
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate increased to 6.94%, according to Bank Rate.com.
