According to MLS Listings, the marketplace for Santa Clara County residential properties here’s what happened in March 2026 VS April 2026:
The Number of SOLD listings decreased by 3% to 1,121 properties, with a top sale of $22,000,000 million at 444 Tennyson Avenue.
The Average Sales Price remained relatively unchanged, posting a 0% change at $2,142,898, while the Average Price per Square Foot rose to $1,123.
As measured in monthly supply, the inventory of properties available for sale increased by 10% to 2.30 months’ worth of inventory.
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate increased to 6.60%, according to Bank Rate.com.
