The Number of SOLD listings increased by 29% to 526 properties, with a top sale of $23,000,000 million at 211 Winding Way.
The Average Sales Price increased by 1% to $2,521,763, bringing the Average Price per Square Foot up to $1,193.
As measured in monthly supply, the inventory of properties available for sale decreased by 11% to 1.70 months’ worth of inventory.
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate decreased to 6.32%, according to Bank Rate.com.
