The Number of SOLD listings increased by 5% to 530 properties, with a top sale of $6,425,000 million at 4903 Eastbourne Court.
The Average Sales Price increased by 4% to $1,657,356, while the Average Price per Square Foot down to $930.
As measured in monthly supply, the inventory of properties available for sale increased by 20% to 2.40 months’ worth of inventory.
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate decreased to 6.32%, according to Bank Rate.com.
