The Number of SOLD listings no significant change, reaching 2,274 properties, with the highest sale at $21,250,000 at 1700 Waverley Street
The Average Sales Price showed no percentage change, remaining at $1,993,825, while the Average Price Per Square Foot decreased to $1,084.
As measured in quarterly supply, the inventory of properties available for sale increased by 22% to 2.20 quarterly worth of properties for sale
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate decreased to 6.50%, according to Bank Rate.com.
