The Number of SOLD listings decreased by 39% to 457 properties, with a top sale of $11,300,000 million at 1480 Bryant Street, Palo Alto.
The Average Sales Price decreased by 5 to $1,801,353, bringing the Average Price Per Square Foot up to $1025.
As measured in monthly supply, the inventory of properties available for sale increased by 129% to 3.20 monthly worth of properties for sale.
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate decreased to 6.18%, according to Bank Rate.com.
