The Number of SOLD listings decreased by 5% to 11,277 properties, with a top sale of $20,000,000 million at 23600 Congress Springs Road.
The Average Sales Price increased by 5% to $2,017,479 million, while the Average Price Per Square Foot rose to $1,089.
As measured in months supply, the inventory of properties available for sale increased by 50% to 1.50 months’ worth of properties for sale.
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate decreased to 6.25%, according to Bank Rate.com.
