According to MLS Listings, the marketplace for San Mateo County residential properties here’s what happened in October 2025 VS November 2025:
The Number of SOLD listings decreased by 21% to 411 properties, with a top sale of $56,000,000 million at 20 Meadow Lane.
The Average Sales Price increased by 5 to $2,383,644, moving the Average Price Per Square Foot down to $1,076.
As measured in monthly supply, the inventory of properties available for sale decreased by 6% to 1.50 monthly worth of properties for sale.
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate increased to 6.33%, according to Bank Rate.com.
