The Average Sales Price increased by 21% to $4,144,500, moving the Average Price Per Square up to $1,610.
As measured in monthly supply, the inventory of properties available for sale decreased by 21% to 1.10 monthly worth of properties for sale.
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate increased to 6.33%, according to Bank Rate.com.
