The Number of SOLD listings increased by 2% to 1014 properties, with a top sale of $15,000,000 million at 995 Matadero Avenue.
The Average Sales Price held steady, up just 0% from $2,048,906 to $2,046,689, while the average price per square foot increased by $1,101.
As measured in monthly supply, the inventory of properties available for sale decreased by 11% to 1.70 monthly worth of properties for sale.
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate decreased to 6.23%, according to Bank Rate.com.
