The Number of SOLD listings increased by 7% to 499 properties, with a top sale of $19,600,000 million at 269 Stockbridge Avenue.
The Average Sales Price increased by 2% to $2,312,934, moving the Average Price Per Square Foot up to $1,102.
As measured in monthly supply, the inventory of properties available for sale decreased by 15% to 1.70 monthly worth of properties for sale.
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate decreased to 6.23%, according to Bank Rate.com.
