According to MLS Listings, the marketplace for Santa Clara County residential properties here’s what happened in July 2025 VS August 2025:
The Number of SOLD listings decreased by 3% to 981 properties, with a top sale of $20,000,000 million at 23600 Congress Spring Rd.
The Average Sales Price showed no change at $1,941,968, while the average price per square foot decreased by $1,054.
As measured in monthly supply, the inventory of properties available for sale decreased by 5% to 1.90 monthly worth of properties for sale.
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate decreased to 6.62%, according to Bank Rate.com.
