The Number of SOLD listings decreased by 15% to 973 properties, with a top sale of $17,998,000 million at 1650 Waverley Street.
The Average Sales Price decreased by 8% to $1,946,283 million, bringing the Average Price Per Square Foot down to $1,063.
As measured in monthly supply, the inventory of properties available for sale increased by 10% to 2.20 monthly worth of properties for sale
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate held steady at 6.78%, according to Bank Rate.com.
