The Number of SOLD listings decreased by 8% to 2759 properties, with a top sale of $5,801,000 million at 5687 La Seyne Place.
The Average Sales Price increased by 5% to $1,585,245, bringing the Average Price Per Square Foot up to $958.
As measured in months’ supply, the inventory of properties available for sale increased to 2.20 months’ worth of properties for sale
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate decreased to 6.87%, according to Bank Rate.com.
