According to MLS Listings, the marketplace for Santa Clara County residential properties, here’s what happened in April 2025 VS May 2025:
The Number of SOLD listings increased by 12% to 1025 properties, with a top sale of $15,000,000 million at 13431 Wildcrest Drive.
The Average Sales Price decreased by 2% to $2,114,278 million, while the Average Price Per Square Foot remained unchanged at $1,129.
As measured in monthly supply, the inventory of properties available for sale increased by 21% to 2.30 monthly worth of properties for sale
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate increased to 6.94%, according to Bank Rate.com.
