The Number of SOLD listings increased by 11% to 1113 properties, with a top sale of $12,035,000 million at 11921 Hilltop Drive.
The Average Sales Price decreased by 1% to $2,083,128 million, while the Average Price Per Square Foot down to $1,135.
As measured in monthly supply, the inventory of properties available for sale increased by 17% to 2.10 monthly worth of properties for sale
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate remains unchanged at 6.81%, according to Bank Rate.com.
