The Number of SOLD listings increased by 23% to 475 properties, with a top sale of $32,100,000 million at 94 Melanie Lane.
The Average Sales Price increased by 4% to $2,357,649 million, moving the Average Price Per Square Foot rose to $1,141.
The supply of properties for sale, measured in months of inventory, remained steady at 2.10 monthly worth of properties for sale, showing no significant change.
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate remains unchanged at 6.81%, according to Bank Rate.com.
