The Number of SOLD listings increased by 9% to 539 properties, with a top sale of $5,400,000 million at 2269 Dry Creek Road.
The Average Sales Price remained unchanged by 0% to $1,594,026 million, while the Average Price Per Square Foot rose to $982.
As measured in monthly supply, the inventory of properties available for sale increased by 31% to 2.10 monthly worth of properties for sale
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate remains unchanged at 6.81%, according to Bank Rate.com.
