The Average Sales Price increased by 8% to $2,219,090 million, moving the Average Price Per Square Foot up to $1,112.
As measured in quarterly supply, the inventory of properties available for sale increased by 47% to 2.20 quarterly worth of properties for sale
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate decreased to 6.78%, according to Bank Rate.com.
