The Number of SOLD listings increased by 20% to 247properties, with a top sale of $17,250,000 million at 460 Raymundo Drive.
The Average Sales Price increased by 9% to $2,276,947 million, moving the Average Price Per Square Foot rose to $1,116.
As measured in monthly supply, the inventory of properties available for sale increased by 7% to 2.90 monthly worth of properties for sale
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate decreased to 6.84%, according to Bank Rate.com.
