The Average Sales Price decreased by 6% to $1,796,454 million, moving the Average Price Per Square Foot raised to $1,126 per square foot.
As measured in monthly supply, the inventory of properties available for sale decreased by 6% to 1.60 monthly worth of properties for sale
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate decreased to 6.48%, according to Bank Rate.com.
