The Average Sales Price increased by 6% to $1,904,466 million, moving the Average Price Per Square Foot down to $1,113 per square foot.
As measured in monthly supply, the inventory of properties available for sale increased by 20% to 1.80 monthly worth of properties for sale
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate decreased to 6.86%, according to Bank Rate.com.
