According to MLS Listings, the marketplace for San Jose residential properties, here’s what happened in June 2024 VS July 2024:
The Number of SOLD listings decreased by 8% to 529 properties, with a top sale of $4,479,000 million at 5561 Country Club Parkway.
The Average Sales Price decreased by 3% to $1,515,047 million, moving the Average Price Per Square Foot down to $922 per square foot.
As measured in monthly supply, the inventory of properties available for sale increased by 14% to 1.60 monthly worth of properties for sale
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate decreased to 6.86%, according to Bank Rate.com.
