The Number of SOLD listings increased by 10% to 547 properties, with a top sale of $4,450,000 million at 1824 Cabana Drive.
The Average Sales Price increased by 3% to $1,563,094 million, moving the Average Price Per Square Foot up to $963 per square foot.
As measured in monthly supply, the inventory of properties available for sale increased by 44% to 1.30 monthly worth of properties for sale
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate increased to 7.31%, according to Bank Rate.com.
