This Is What Everyone Wants To Know! Santa Clara County Market Update February 1 – 29, 2024 VS January 2024 To February 2024.

If you’re considering buying or selling residential real estate, it’s essential to understand the current market trends.

According to MLS Listings, the marketplace for Santa Clara County residential properties, here’s what happened in February 2024 versus January 2024:

The Number of SOLD listings increased by 26% to 646 properties, with a top sale of $8,088,888 million at 15376 Karl Avenue.

The Average Sales Price decreased by 1% to $1,715,423 million, moving the Average Price Per Square Foot up to $1,008 per square foot.

As measured in months’ supply, the inventory of properties available for sale remains the same at 1.70 months’ worth of properties for sale

The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate decreased to 7.22%, according to Bank Rate.com.
