The Number of SOLD listings increased by 26% to 646 properties, with a top sale of $8,088,888 million at 15376 Karl Avenue.
The Average Sales Price decreased by 1% to $1,715,423 million, moving the Average Price Per Square Foot up to $1,008 per square foot.
As measured in months’ supply, the inventory of properties available for sale remains the same at 1.70 months’ worth of properties for sale
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate decreased to 7.22%, according to Bank Rate.com.
