The Average Sales Price decreased slightly by 0% to $1,407,515 million, moving the Average Price Per Square Foot down to $863 per square foot.
As measured in months supply, the inventory of properties available for sale decreased by 29% to 1.00 months’ worth of properties for sale.
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate increased to 6.90%, according to Bank Rate.com.
