The Number of SOLD listings decreased by 13% to 392 properties, with a top sale of $3,750,000 million at 5328 Canyon Hills Lane.
The Average Sales Price decreased by 7% to $1,369,273 million, moving the Average Price Per Square Foot down to $862 per square foot.
As measured in months’ supply, the inventory of properties available for sale remains the same at 1.30 months’ worth of properties for sale
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate decreased to 7.41%, according to Bank Rate.com.
