The Number of SOLD listings increased by 62% to 742 properties, with a top sale of $21,250,000 million at 11700 Waverley Street.
The Average Sales Price increased by 13 to $2,032,866, while the Average Price Per Square Foot rose to $1,076.
As measured in monthly supply, the inventory of properties available for sale decreased by 25% to 2.40 months’ worth of inventory.
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate decreased to 6.15%, according to Bank Rate.com.
