The Average Sales Price price held steady, up just 0% from $1,527,990 to $1,529,379, while the Average Price Per Square foot climbed to $921.
As measured in monthly supply, the inventory of properties available for sale decreased by 5% to 1.80 monthly worth of properties for sale
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate decreased to 6.23%, according to Bank Rate.com.
