The Number of SOLD listings decreased by 5% to 2973 properties, with a top sale of $20,000,000 million at 23600 Congress Springs Road.
The Average Sales Price increased by 3% to $1,971,294 million, moving the Average Price Per Square Foot down to $1,063.
As measured in quarterly supply, the inventory of properties available for sale increased by 11% to 2.10 quarterly worth of properties for sale
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate remains unchanged at 6.27%, according to Bank Rate.com.
