The Number of SOLD listings increased by 2% to 1316 properties, with a top sale of $387,000,000 million at 3256 Shelter Creek Lane.
The Average Sales Price increased by 20% to $2,490,632 million, moving the Average Price Per Square Foot up to $1,531.
As measured in quarterly supply, the inventory of properties available for sale remains unchanged at 2.00 quarters’ worth of properties.
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate remains unchanged at 6.27%, according to Bank Rate.com.
