According to MLS Listings, the marketplace for San Francisco residential properties here’s what happened in September 2024 VS October 2024:

The Number of SOLD listings increased by 42% to 405 properties, with a top sale of $ 15,250,000 million at 2855 Pacific Avenue.

The Average Sales Price increased by 18% to $1,947,484 million, moving the Average Price Per Square Foot increased up to $1,050 per square foot.

As measured in monthly supply, the inventory of properties available for sale decreased by 36% to 2.80 monthly worth of properties for sale

The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate increased to 6.88%, according to Bank Rate.com.
