The Number of SOLD listings decreased by 35% to 167 properties, with a top sale of $14,500,000 million at 870 El Camino Del Mar.
The Average Sales Price increased by 15% to $1,784,305 million, moving the Average Price Per Square Foot increased to $1,019 per square foot.
As measured in months supply, the inventory of properties available for sale increased by 78% to 4.10 months’ worth of properties for sale.
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate decreased to 6.84%, according to Bank Rate.com.
